The present capacity of the plant is 20 million pieces per annum. MANUFACTURING PROCESS We have not given a chance for second thought on defining the manufacturing process. So, we have adopted the guidelines of GMP for medical devices. All raw materials are subjected to strict quality checks in our laboratory for verifying the quality. The compounded materials are again subject to lab test before starting the production. The production process is controlled by quality conscious Rubber Technologist to ensure that every piece produced in the plant is of extremely good quality and meets international standards. To remove all non rubber particles and to reduce protein content to the accepted levels each gloves undergoes an extensive leaching in hot RO water. To attain the best physical properties, the vulcanization process is automatically controlled. The USP grade bio-absorbable dusting powder is used for powdering the gloves, which gives a very smooth donning experience. Stripped gloves are tumble dried to remove extra powder and excess moisture for better physical properties and shelf life. On -line checking of in process materials and semi finished gloves ensures that every piece produced is consistent in specification. POST PRODUCTION PROCESS All gloves are subjected to airtight test to detect leakage if any and visual imperfections. Physical properties such as tensile strength, elongation at break, tension set before and after ageing are tested in our laboratory. After passing all quality control tests, the gloves are packed in best quality packing materials in a dust free environment.
